Shadai Perez is a producer, director, director of photography, editor, and educator. He has been doing this professionally since 2014.
The work runs the full range — campaigns for Microsoft, Disney, Christus Health, and Ken Garff Automotive; an ongoing partnership with GYC across feature documentary, commercials, and short films; and rescue and orphan stories shot in the Philippines. South Sudan is next.
He runs SP7 Studios as sole owner, co-owns Lightbox Collective, and takes on direct projects under his own name. The lane doesn't change the standard — small teams, deliberate craft, stories built to last.
Currently in Europe through May 22, then on the ground in South Sudan through early June, before stepping behind the camera as DP on his next narrative feature June 20–30.
